1. Agreement to Terms

AIL Agency provides AI-native context infrastructure services, including:
- AI Readiness & Operating Context Diagnostics
- AI-ready operating memory design and build work
- Source-backed assistant setup for scoped operational use cases
- Documentation, handoff, and related advisory support
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information about operations, constraints, and goals
- Make relevant documents, source materials, and personnel available for the agreed scope
- Review deliverables and provide timely feedback
- Maintain appropriate access controls and backups for their own systems
- Use AI outputs responsibly and comply with applicable laws
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing, payment schedule, refund terms, credits, guarantees, and scope are governed by the specific proposal or signed agreement. Public website copy is informational and does not create a binding offer by itself.
5. Intellectual Property and Client Materials
You retain ownership of your pre-existing data, documents, and business materials. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AIL Agency retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, tools, and know-how. Custom deliverables and usage rights are handled in the applicable service agreement.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties should protect non-public business information shared during an engagement. Specific confidentiality obligations may be expanded in a signed agreement.
7. AI and Third-Party Services
AI systems can produce incomplete or incorrect output. Client teams remain responsible for reviewing material decisions and complying with laws, contracts, internal policies, and third-party tool terms. Third-party platforms may change or become unavailable.
8. Disclaimers
The website and services are provided with professional care, but we do not guarantee any specific business outcome unless a specific guarantee is stated in a signed agreement. Nothing on this website is legal, financial, or security advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIL Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid to AIL Agency for the relevant services in the preceding 12 months, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are effective when posted on this page.
